Yes, we specialize in custom container modifications to meet a variety of needs.
Common modifications include:
- Roll-up or man doors
- Windows and ventilation
- Electrical and lighting
- Insulation and interior finishes
- Custom layouts for business or personal use

Our containers are delivered using a tilt-bed truck, which requires adequate space for safe placement.
Minimum requirements:
- 14 feet of overhead clearance
- 12 feet of width clearance
- Up to 100 feet of straight-line space (for larger containers like 40 ft)
If your space is limited, a smaller truck may be available for 20 ft containers. Let us know in advance if access is tight or the turning radius is limited.

Most deliveries are completed in 30 minutes or less.
If delivery or pickup exceeds one hour on-site, a $75/hour fee will apply for additional time.
To avoid delays:
- Ensure someone is present at the scheduled time
- Prepare the site in advance
- Share photos of the delivery area if you’re unsure about access
Note: If the driver becomes stuck, the customer is responsible for towing or dry run fees.

Containers can be placed directly on the ground as long as the area is:
- Level
- Well-drained
An uneven surface can make the container doors difficult to open and close.

At this time, we do not provide container relocation services.

While many areas do not require permits, it is your responsibility to check with your local municipality and secure any required approvals or fees.

Custom container projects typically have a lead time of around 6 weeks, depending on the scope of work.

Yes. You may arrange your own pickup using your trailer, as long as payment has cleared prior to collection.
